The person must have 2-3+ years of experience, will report to the department manager and will be part of a team of four.

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analysing the performance of services by coordinating with co-workers in other departments to improve the performance, effectiveness and profitability of services.

Activities performed by the candidate:

• Creating specification documents detailing the behaviour of a service from the user’s point of view (front end);
• Producing user interaction flows and workflows;
• Functional analysis of services during the pre-production phase;
• User and client interface testing (user experience and front-end and back-end usability);
• Monitoring of service performance against expected KPIs;
• Continuous improvement;
• Preparation and analysis of reports on services provided.

The position involves continuous interaction with customers and, therefore, a predisposition to interpersonal contacts and building a solid, trusting and lasting relationship with the customer is required.

We are thinking of a person with a college or university degree, not necessarily in a scientific area, who has already worked in similar roles, preferably within Digital Service Companies or Call Centres.

We are seeking a DevOps specialist to join the team managing the Cloud architecture of EsoSphera.

The candidate will be in charge of script development using Ansible and other tools, coordinating with the DevOps team and the development teams of Gaia and other EsoSphera products.

Activities performed by the candidate:

• Analysis and implementation of Ansible playbooks
• Configuration and maintenance of automatic monitoring systems
• Configuration and maintenance of Continuous Integration systems
• Configuration and maintenance of Esosphera’s telephony infrastructure (SIP-based)
• Participation in company and non-company courses aimed at improving the required skills

• Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering

The main purpose of the role is the operational implementation of communication and promotion activities for products and services.

The Digital Content Manager monitors social platforms, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, also for the paid ad component. The candidate will establish graphic guidelines and produce graphic materials requiring specific expertise, manage translations of materials, and organise and manage the communication plan.
